Non-Disclosure Agreement

We at FranklinCovey Products appreciate your willingness to participate in the preliminary review of FranklinCovey Software. Your participation is very important to the successful development.

The information and concepts contained in the software and the materials you may be given are only for use in connection with this beta review. They are owned by FranklinCovey Products and must be kept confidential until released by FranklinCovey Products. You agree to maintain such information, concepts and materials in confidence and to not use or disclose them, except to the extent explicitly authorized by FranklinCovey Products.

All materials received by you for use during the beta testing must be destroyed, and all beta software shall be uninstalled once the beta testing has completed.

We regret that the only compensation we can provide to you will be the opportunity to be involved in the review of our software. Your comments, suggestions and/or revisions may or may not be included in the final version. To preserve the integrity of the software copyright, any input you give must belong to FranklinCovey Products. Please do not provide any suggestion, comment or concept that is owned by someone else.
